Scientist and Developer

Hanna is a computer scientist. Her Master's thesis dedicated to scoring algorithms in protein identification via Peptide Mass Fingerprinting was chosen the one of the two best theses in biomedical engineering in Poland in 2010. Now she is a beneficent of the European Social Fund for interdisciplinary Ph.D. studies. One of her supervisors is Prof. Roman Zubarev from Karolinska Institutet.

Agnieszka spotted Hanna during her Master's studies. She recognized her skills and qualities and recommended Hanna to Artur, who later invited her to cooperate with MedicWave.

Hanna is interested in proteomics and has great knowledge about how MS experiments are actually conducted. She is our link between the experimental set-up and data processing. She makes sure that we are aware of the possibilities and limitations that we have to take into account. 

Hanna used her mathematical and programming background to implement new analyses and advanced data mining algorithms into Spectrolyzer. She is also our specialist in quantitation and protein identification. 

Hanna is very hard-working and trustworthy. She is also well-organized and makes sure she is aware of everything that is going on in the project she takes part in. We have the certainty that everything that she makes is of the best quality.
