Sales Manager

Joanna holds a M.Sc. in photonics and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the fields of biomedical engineering at Wrocław University of Technology. In her scientific work she investigates one of the ways to reduce nosocomial infections: developing textiles with light-induced antibacterial activity.

Joanna got interested in the subject of biomarker discovery via mass spectrometry at one of Agnieszka's seminars. She quickly picked up with frequently overlooked advantage of applying thorough statistics to the results of MS experiments. Shortly after the presentation she got in touch with Artur and joined the team. Later she became a Sales Manager.

Currently Joanna is taking care of the clients. She makes sure that their questions reach a suitable specialist and that they get a satisfactory reply. She is also searching and getting in touch with researchers who she thinks might benefit from using Spectrolyzer.

Joanna is the person who asks clients' opinion on our products and gathers information about clients' needs. She makes sure all that valuable information reach right people. This knowledge is crucial for software development.

She is also a co-author of MedicWave's presentations, leaflets, brochures etc. making sure that their content is precise and clear for everyone, whether they are biologists, chemists, bioinformaticians or statisticians.

Joanna is a well-natured person who cares about the good contact atmosphere. She always puts herself in the clients position and then makes sure they are served properly. That is why we think she is very suitable for this job.
